ATEN KVM switches offer a space-saving, streamlined approach to KVM switching technology, integrating an LCD panel, full keyboard, and touchpad into a 1U rack-mount enclosure.
The CL1308 KVM switch features a built-in 19-inch LED-backlit LCD panel, enabling access and control of up to 8 computers from a single console (keyboard, mouse, and monitor). It can cascade to up to 8 additional switches, increasing the total number of connected computers to 128 that can be controlled from a single keyboard-monitor-mouse console.
Setup is quick and simple; just connect the cables to the appropriate ports. The switch supports both USB and PS/2 connections for computers. The CL1308 captures keyboard input directly, eliminating the need for any software configuration. Switching between computers can be easily accomplished by pressing the front-panel button, entering a keyboard key sequence, or via the multilingual On-Screen Display (OSD) menu.
