ATEN KVM switches offer a space-saving, streamlined approach to KVM switching technology by integrating an LCD panel, full keyboard, and touchpad into a 1U rack-mount sliding enclosure.
The CL1308 KVM Switch is equipped with an integrated 19-inch LED-backlit LCD panel, enabling access and control of up to 8 computers from a single console (keyboard, mouse, and monitor). It can be cascaded to 8 additional switches, allowing a total of 128 computers to be controlled from a single keyboard-video-mouse setup.
Configuration is quick and easy; simply connect the cables to the appropriate ports. The switch supports both USB and PS/2 connections for computers. The CL1308 captures keyboard input directly, eliminating the need for any software configuration. Switching between computers can be easily done by pressing the button on the front panel, using the port LED indicators, entering keyboard shortcut combinations, or via the multilingual On-Screen Display (OSD) menu.
