The KVM switch allows an operator to conveniently control and manage multiple devices, such as PCs and servers, from a single keyboard, mouse, and display console.
This advanced KVM switch is designed for use with PC and Mac computers. It offers DisplayPort video ports and a dual-port USB 2.0 hub for connecting and sharing peripheral devices. Thanks to audio support, you can also connect speakers or headphones.
The switch occupies only one 1U space in a 19-inch rack and supports screen resolutions up to 4K Ultra HD 60Hz, which is ideal for graphic content in gaming setups, video editing, or controlling multiple workstations. It offers two simple switching modes, via keyboard shortcuts and front-panel buttons.
The local console can be connected to two USB and DP ports on the rear panel, while the built-in dual-port USB 2.0 hub saves money on additional devices, sharing peripherals between connected computers. The unique switching layout allows independent switching of the USB hub from the PCs, providing uninterrupted printing, scanning, or access to external drives. Options are available only via keyboard shortcuts.
LED indicators show the status of the selected channel.
Please note: connection cables are not included. DisplayPort cables, USB A to B cables, and 3.5 mm audio cables are required for each connected computer. The maximum supported USB distance, using standard cables, is 5 m. For distances greater than 5 m, use the Lindy active USB extension cable. MST hubs are not supported.
