KVM HDBaseT Extender 100m Cat6 HDMI 4K60, Audio, IR and RS-232

The Lindy 100 m Cat6 HDMI 4K60 HDBaseT KVM Extender with Audio, IR and RS-232 is a comprehensive, efficient and reliable solution for extending HDMI signals over long distances using a Cat6 network cable.
The following distance–resolution combinations are possible when using high-quality Cat6 U/UTP or F/UTP cable: 100m: 1920x1080@60Hz 4:4:4 8-bit; 70m: 3840x2160@60Hz 4:4:4 8-bit / 4:2:2 12-bit
Supporting resolutions up to 4K Ultra HD, the video can be displayed with stunning clarity, and the additional HDR (High Dynamic Range) support allows content to be displayed with increased brightness, higher contrasts in blacks and whites, and a significantly wider color gamut. This provides a reliable solution for creating eye-catching digital signage in retail, immersive displays at events, or engaging setups in larger conference or lecture halls.
HDMI ARC support enables audio return from the display to the connected amplifier or soundbar, and local audio extraction allows connecting audio outputs to immersive multi-channel audio. Digital audio embedding on the receiver side can also be used for source audio, which can be easily switched with a button on the main unit.
The PoC (Power over Cable) feature provides additional flexibility. It enables power delivered together with data over the Cat6 network cable in a point-to-point link between transmitter and receiver, meaning only a single power supply is required on the transmitter unit. Ideal when power outlets are limited at the receiver end of the installation.
USB 2.0 ports allow you to connect a mouse, keyboard and other devices to the receiver to control the source device, such as a PC or Laptop. With IR ports on both sides of the set, source devices can be easily controlled from the display side, and the display can also be controlled from the HDMI source side. In conjunction with CEC control, which enables commands from a single master remote, this extender system provides full and simple control for the user. Bidirectional RS-232 and Ethernet ports also enable integration into larger control systems or connection to LAN-enabled switches and hubs.
Additionally, the power supply is connected via a screw-type DC jack, providing a more secure and reliable connection, ideal for professional installations where accidental disconnections can pose a serious problem.
HDBaseT is a globally recognized standard for high-quality AV content distribution and other technologies, including power and control, over longer distances using affordable Cat6 or higher cables.

Please note: This product uses the DSC compression method to achieve 18G resolution. If you are using another 18G HDBaseT product in conjunction with this one, ensure both products support the same compression type.
