Conference room panel where you can reserve, cancel and extend meetings directly on the panel. An 8-inch panel that can be mounted on a glass or standard wall with the included mounting kit. The set includes a touchscreen panel and a perpetual LoopMeeting license. It shows conference room availability using LED lights around the panel frame.
Compatible with MS365, Exchange, Google Workspace and LoopBooking.
The panel can always display:
- Who booked the room
- Meeting subject
- How long the room is occupied or available
- When the next meeting starts
- Show all meetings up to one week in advance
- Confirm/register for a meeting
- Report room equipment issues
- Check status of other nearby rooms and book them if available
Use LoopMeeting to simplify and utilize your conference room capacity in a straightforward way.
Launch Loopsign digital signage as a background on the panel or use your own static company logo.
