Planet IPOE-175 Industrial PoE++ injector with IP67 rating and a single 802.3bt port provides up to 60W of power on the PoE output port, transmitting both Gigabit Ethernet data and IEEE 802.3bt PoE power over a UTP cable. It is specifically designed for such powered devices (PDs) as PTZ network cameras, PTZ dome cameras, color touchscreen VoIP phones (Voice over IP), multi-channel wireless access points (802.11a/b/g/n) and other network devices that require higher power to operate reliably.
Weather-Resistant RJ45 Ethernet Interface and Shielded Plug
IPOE-175 is ideal for outdoor deployment of PoE devices, such as outdoor PoE wireless access points, outdoor IP PoE cameras, outdoor PoE IP intercoms and many more. IPOE-175 is equipped with three waterproof cable glands for direct-use installations. Mounted with a waterproof cable gland assembly, it can render an ordinary RJ45 connector weatherproof and provide a robust and stable connection. Additionally it features an industrial IP67 rating, capable of withstanding moisture, dirt, dust, shocks, vibrations, heat and cold.
Rugged Environmental Construction
With an industrial-grade IP67 aluminum enclosure, IPOE-175 provides a high level of protection against electromagnetic interference and protects against dust and water ingress, operating from -40 to 75°C. All of these features deliver the highest reliability for critical applications in any challenging environment.
Convenient and Reliable Power System
To facilitate use of 802.3bt PoE++ with widely used 24–56V DC power in transportation and industrial applications, IPOE-175 employs power-boosting technology to raise 24–56V DC to 54V, addressing power-source concerns without requiring special power supplies. Its wide voltage range is suitable for global use in applications requiring dual or backup power sources.
Robust Protections
IPOE-175 provides ±8 kV DC ESD protection for Ethernet and ±6 kV surge protection to enhance product stability and protect user networks, ensuring uninterrupted operation.
Simplified and More Reliable Networking
IPOE-175 can deliver 60W at 54V DC over Cat5/5e/6 Ethernet cables, enabling simultaneous data and power transmission over a single cable between the Injector (IPOE-175) and a powered PoE device or PoE++ splitter (IPOE-173S). The maximum distance between the Injector and Splitter is 100 meters. Since the IPOE-175 is also backward compatible with PD PoE+ IEEE 802.3at or a PoE splitter, the system administrator only needs to use a single RJ45 Ethernet port to transmit both power and data to another device. This simplifies deployment and makes the network more reliable.
