CMP (Plenum) cabling is intended for use in plenum spaces where air is typically circulated in the building. Cables for these areas must meet stringent manufacturing requirements, ensuring they can be used in these spaces. We recommend using Category 6 Ethernet connectors to optimize performance and accommodate the 23 AWG conductor size.
